继第一个应用之后，深入一点，使用form来获取数据
在urls.py文件中刚才添加部分添加一行

添加form.py文件

此处只是为了演示form数据的提交，在django1.4中遇到csrf的错误提示，暂未给予多余的处理，在setting.py中MIDDLEWARE_CLASSES块中注释了’django.middleware.csrf.CsrfViewMiddleware’,
